Remove lid and replace loosely on top before heating up the food in the microwave. Heat for 1-2 mins, stir and add additional time as needed. Meals will stay fresh longer than 7 days if stored in the freezer right after receiving your delivery. The meal should be reheated and eaten immediately after thawing.
